How long does each therapy session take?

Each session is tailored to the client's needs. The standard session is 50 minutes. An extended session can be arranged if that need is discussed,

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

A sliding scale will be considered for extenuating circumstances. This option can be discussed in the initial consultation. I am willing to work with my clients during financial hardships.

Are sessions in person or through video?

With the rapidly changing orders to stay inside and to distance ourselves from one another, I will be
converting future sessions and appointments to Virtual Online Visits (Teletherapy) and/or phone
sessions.
