Get to Know Me

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychological science and eventually Marriage and Family Therapy. As a licensed Therapist in the greater Charlotte area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.

My style is based on the premise that every individual has the tools and skills needed to optimize their well-being. I believe that the purpose of the therapeutic relationship is for clients to begin to realize, develop, and implement the skills they already have. I also believe treatment is collaborative between the client and myself and that the client is the expert of their own lives.

I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek.
